In almost 4 decades of teaching large classes, almost anything can happen at least once. I had a woman go into labor during a final exam (exciting for all concerned). Several grand mal epileptic seizures. A couple of kids having to make arrangements to make up exams because they were, at the time, incarcerated at the state penitentiary. Students falling on their faces during final exams because their speed wore off suddenly. From time to time, I'll post some of the more interesting student stories. A caution--they're just for fun; I don't claim that you can learn anything generalizable from them.
